EXCHANGE, RETURN, & RETURN POLICY
1. EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:
- Any order related disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- In case you have received the wrong size, colour, or in the rare case find that there’s a defect in the product we can offer an “exchange” or accept a “return” in the form of store credit only which will be valid lifetime! We do not offer refunds.
- Exchange/Return shipping charges will be flat Rs 200/-, borne by you, the customer. This is non-refundable.
STEPS FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN:

- Please email us at devalayeorders@gmail.com with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange mentioned below in point 2, within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Email SUBJECT LINE should include ‘EXCHANGE – name – order number’ for us to track your requirement.
- For example: EXCHANGE – HARSHITA TRIVEDI – Devalaye001.
- In the mail, you can explain the remedy action – example, exchange XS size with S size etc. Please include proper pictures and a packaging video of the product in it’s original condition. Without pictures & the video we will be unable to help you in case of any issue (theft/misplaced item) that may arise in transit. The proof is a mandatory requirement for courier companies.
- Once we acknowledge your email (emails will be addressed within 3 working days), you will be required to send the exchange/return charge of Rs 200/- post which your reverse shipment will be arranged by us. Alternatively, you can ship the parcel to us as well, to the address details mentioned here.
- After we receive your package, the products will be thoroughly examined and post quality approval you will get store credit/exchange (revised size or a different product). Parcels with stains, perfume smell, tear, fabric stretch etc will be rejected. Please pack the product in it’s original packaging only.
- The entire process of exchange/return will take appx 2 weeks (one week for us to get the product from your address, and another week for you to get the exchanged product).
- Devalaye reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
2. REFUND POLICY:
- All orders placed are final – we DO NOT have any refund/cancellation policy. Making a purchase implies that you have read, understood and agree to our store policies. Please be sure before you order.
