SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Rate:

• • Standard shipping is free pan India (we do not deliver globally yet). 
  • For express shipping (delivery within 48 hours) please contact us either on the order confirmation email or via Instagram DM. 

Order Processing: 

• • Orders are generally dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. 
  • This does not include weekends and bank holidays.  

Shipping Timeline: 

• • Delivery time is estimated to be 4-7 days post dispatch. 
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes or remote locations may lead to delays beyond the specified period. 
  • You will get automated whatsapp/email updates regarding the status of your order. 
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. We will raise the issue with our courier partner. Post this time frame, we will be unable to address the issue.
